Cost To Nonprofit Price: $4,250 (what you will pay if the package sells)
Suggested Starting Bid: $5,100 (20% over CTN price - builds in a profit margin for you)
FMV: The value of a trip will fluctuate depending on seasonality. Therefore FMV will be provided by Auction Packages once the order is placed. 
 
Package Redemption:
 
Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting our travel services department for booking your travel. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Package good only during the three race meets in the Spring, September, and the Fall dates.  Actual dates to be determined by Churchill Downs. Blackout dates are Kentucky Derby week, Kentucky Oaks week, Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
