Beautiful Lake Como villa is in an excellent position on the hilltop overlooking the pretty hamlet of Pescallo and the town of Bellagio. The hillside location not only offers guests spectacular views of Lake Como but complete privacy. This villa really is the perfect base from which to explore the whole Lake Como region. Outside, there is a large private pool which is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the tranquil scenery.
 
The modern 3 bedroom 4 bathroom villa sleeps up to seven guests across two floors. On the ground floor, there is spacious open-plan living accommodation with an impressive feature staircase. From here, there is access to the large outdoor terrace which boasts spectacular views of the Lake with the imposing Alps in the background. On the same level, is two double bedrooms and two of the bathrooms as well as a study packed with books and board games. Upstairs, there is a further double bedroom as well as a second living room with a sofa-bed to accommodate the 7th guest.

Cost To Nonprofit Price: $14,500 (what you will pay if the package sells)
Suggested Starting Bid: $17,400 (20% over CTN price - builds in a profit margin for you)
FMV: The value of a trip will fluctuate depending on seasonality. Therefore FMV will be provided by Auction Packages once the order is placed. 
 
Package Redemption
 
Your package Redemption Certificate will be emailed to initiate the booking process. Please allow 15 business days after your event to receive your certificate. Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel, and property inventory is subject to availability. Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of notification. Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Packages may not be transferred or resold. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and nonrefundable. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
