After the show, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity for a private, VIP in-theater backstage tour. Learn backstage secrets and hear behind-the-scene tales. This is your chance for the most intimate and personal experience of Broadway theatre.

Pricing Info:

 

  • Cost To Nonprofit Price: $3,895 (what you will pay if the package sells)

  • Suggested Starting Bid: $4,675 (20% over CTN price - builds in a profit margin for you)

  • FMV: The value of a trip will fluctuate depending on seasonality. Therefore FMV will be provided by Auction Packages once the order is placed. 

 

Package Redemption:

 

Your package Redemption Certificate will be emailed to initiate the booking process. Please allow 15 business days after your event to receive your certificate. Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel, and property inventory is subject to availability. Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of notification. Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Packages may not be transferred or resold. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and nonrefundable. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

 

Broadway Insiders Experience

 

Blackout dates are weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Holiday Weekends. Show availability changes do occur and as shows are removed new shows options will be added.

 

Tickets

 

Tickets will either be available for pick up at the event or will be mailed to the winning bidder, a minimum of a week before the event.

You will only be billed for sold items after the close of your fundraising event.

The cost to nonprofit price is listed for each package. Packages may be sold as multiples.
